Returns and replacements
It’s my wish your purchase is connected to joy and warm feelings a long time ahead, if changing your mind on something, a return in form of a replacement is naturally possible, or if in need of longer time to decide; a giftcard for later use.
Note that reurns in form of gettting back the money is not possible in my art-business.

Details on returns
Please return the order as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days from the day of delivery.
You hold the responsibility for costs connected to the return of the package.
You hold the responsibility for responsible packaging and all items are un-damaged by delivery.
By return you hold the responsibility for the parcel until it’s delivered. If the package disapears or get damaged in the process to Stine Mai Designs, you are responsible for the item. It’s recommended to save the receipt from shipping the parcel, and to use a track&trace service.
